Return Policy for Auravida Mental Health

1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they are purchased and delivered.

2. Physical Products: If you purchase a physical copy of any of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

3. Store Credit: Instead of a refund, we offer store credit for the amount of the returned physical item. This credit can be used towards any future purchases at our store.

4. Non-returnable items: Please note that we do not accept returns for digital products under any circumstances.
